This 2019 Sauvignon Blanc represents one of the very first wines from the ONEHOPE Vineyard located in the heart of Napa Valley. The summer was consistently warm, but never scorching hot which allowed us to pick at optimum ripeness, creating intense aromatics on the nose and great fruit character on the palate.

Sweetness: dry

Body: Medium

Acidity: Crisp

Alcohol: 14.4%

Food pairings: baked goat cheese in a walnut crust with greens and apples, calamari with garlic, feta, humbolt fog, seafood salad, simple cream of asparagus pureed soup, stilton with mango cheese
